Terms of Service

By using findkitchenhoodpros.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Site is operated by Small Dev Shop Inc ("we"). If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Site.

FindKitchenHoodPros is a directory of kitchen hood cleaning services. Visitors can browse listings, search by location and service, and contact providers directly. Business owners can submit listings and claim existing ones.

We do not perform, supervise, endorse, or guarantee the work of any provider listed on the Site. Providers are independent businesses. Any agreement, service, or dispute between a visitor and a provider is strictly between them.

If you submit a business through our "Add Your Business" form, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You are authorized to list the business
• The business holds any required licenses, permits, or certifications
• You will keep the listing information current

We may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion — for example, if it's incomplete, duplicative, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Some listings can be "claimed" by their verified owner for a fee. Claim fees are processed through Stripe and disclosed at checkout.

• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
• Claim fees are generally non-refundable once the claim is processed, except where required by law or in cases of clear error.
• Claiming a listing grants you limited editorial control over that listing. It does not grant ownership of the Site, the directory content, or any third-party data.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download listings without written permission
• Submit false, defamatory, or misleading information about any business
• Impersonate a business or claim a listing you are not authorized to claim
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or pursue other remedies for violations.

The Site's design, code, copy, and branding are owned by Small Dev Shop Inc. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code. Listing content belongs to the submitting business; by submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, edit, and promote it on the Site and related marketing channels.

Listings include contact details for independent third-party providers. We do not control what those providers say, quote, charge, or deliver. Any warranty, refund, or dispute is between you and the provider. We are not a party to your transactions with them.

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any listing. Hours, pricing, licensing status, service area, and contact details can change without notice. Confirm important details directly with the provider before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Small Dev Shop Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or any provider listed on it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) $100, or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may remove listings, revoke claims, or restrict access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, except that either party may pursue claims in small-claims court if eligible. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
