FindKitchenHoodPros is an online directory of kitchen hood cleaning services operated by Small Dev Shop Inc ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit findkitchenhoodpros.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Visitors browsing the directory

You can browse the directory without creating an account. When you visit the site we collect standard server and analytics data: approximate IP-derived location, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referrers.

Business submissions

If you submit a business through our "Add Your Business" form, we collect the information you provide, including business name, address, phone, email, website, service area, and any listing details you share. We use this to evaluate and, if approved, publish your listing on the directory.

Business claims and payments

If you claim a listing, you pay a claim fee through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card details directly; we do not store your card number or CVC. We do store your Stripe customer ID, the claim amount, and the listing claimed.

We do not sell personal data, run targeted advertising, or use your information to train AI models.

Listings on the directory are, by design, public. Business name, address, phone, category, and description are intended to appear in search results and on category pages. If you submit a listing, you are agreeing to make that information public.

If you want a published listing removed or corrected, email support@findkitchenhoodpros.com.

• Listings: kept while the business is active on the directory. Removed on request or when we believe the business is no longer operating.
• Claim and payment records: kept for up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
• Server and diagnostic logs: retained up to 30 days.

You can:

• Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update your listing
• Ask us to delete your listing and associated data

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary for the site to work and to measure aggregate traffic patterns. We do not run advertising trackers.

FindKitchenHoodPros is intended for business owners and consumers aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
